I updated the Backgrounds file with some revised features/items, but mainly, I've added the Background Questions, which are six questions for each background that the player can answer to easily create a backstory for their character.

I'll add them here, as well, so you don't have to go and redownload it if you don't want to (or as a preview to anyone who's not a backer yet)

Reception Wizard

If customer support was your main pursuit, what was your backup? How did that also fail?

Who was your favorite professor? What do they do now?

Your rival in school went on to pioneer the reception robots. Who are they, and what do you know about them they spent a long time burying?

Interrupted Loafer

How did you get enough money to loaf your life away? Who did you screw over to make it happen?

Who did you say goodbye to before loafing? Why can’t you go back to tell them you’re alive?

What does the Great Cosmic Conscience urge you to do? Why do you keep putting it off?

Gravity Thief

What group were you a part of for the operation? Why do you prefer them believing you’re dead?

When you were learning your new powers, what went wrong? Who do you regret hurting?

What happened that set you down the path of thievery? What would you be doing in a perfect world?

Anomalous Assimilator

Who initially supported your research? What experiment caused them great harm?

Who initially opposed your research? How did you show them the fruits of your labor?

What will be your magnum opus? How will it shake the foundations of the universe, or at least Armada?

Resistance Droid

What was your past life before your soul was taken from a loafing pod? What important detail can you not remember?

You once compromised a mission to save the life of an enemy, who is it? What change could they incite if you won them over?

What friend of yours lost everything to loafing? What plan for revenge do they have you urge them NOT to do?

Wormhole Native

What aspect of Armada have you come to appreciate that you didn’t have at home? What aspect of Armada have you come to hate?

What do you not understand, no matter how hard you try? Why does it frustrate you?

What was your occupation at home? Why is it rendered completely irrelevant in Armada?

Cultist of Coagulescence

Who sold you on joining the Coagulescence? What did they have to lie about to get you in?

What position do you eventually want in the Coagulescence? What will you do to get it?

What life did you leave behind? What problem was left unresolved?

F.A.S.T. Broker

What is your least favorite rule you still tolerate? What is the rule that you ignore?

Which debtor have you been unsuccessful at collecting from? What makes it more complicated?

What is your retirement plan? Why is it unrealistic?
