Micro-Heart

Based on the Resistance Toolbox by Rowan, Rook, and Decard

Micro-Heart is my hack of Heart: The City Beneath to be more light on rules and a bit looser. Veterans of Heart will note the lack of player abilities (although I might add my own spin on character options, given interest), lack of defined skills, and lack of strict fallout rules (although modified to be a bit harsher, given that characters are lower powered).
